Many thanks to Jamie and the team for pulling all the stops out to get out unit to us Saturday, we had it installed over the weekend with no previous expeience of installing one. I had a plumber and a digger driver working with me. Does need a full size digger! Our midi struggled! Thanks for your helpful advice and Service. We look forward to many years service from the unit and pure water in the outlet from now on!

BS EN 12566-3 Certificate. Being 'designed to it' is no longer legal, though they are still being advertised on the internet!!
Insist on seeing the Certificate!!!
