• Environment Agency Consent to Discharge Part F
  This form is for PRIVATE sewage discharges from a SINGLE sewage treatment unit of up to 2 cubic metres/day to a soakaway or up to 5 cubic metres/day to a watercourse or ditch. However, the rules for discharges to ground have just changed and discharges under 2 cubic metres no longer require a Consent to Discharge unless the site is in a groundwater protection zone.
