Crystal CUBE Above Ground Sewage Treatment Plant

The Crystal CUBE sewage treatment plant can be installed either above or below ground, making it a very cost effective 4 person sewage treatment solution for many sites that have sufficient gradient for an above ground installation.

The CUBE can be installed in a building, basement or simply out in the open (with some frost protection in the winter.)

The cost of installation is often more than the cost of the plant, so the CUBE offers a huge saving if the house has a cellar or the site topography is suitable.

How It Works

Raw sewage enters a primary settlement tank where solids settle out and form a sludge at the bottom of the tank.

The sewage liquor then enters the Biozone, where air from a small linear motor compressor housed in a box at the side of the CUBE blows air through the media.  The media is made up of plastic pieces which provide a large surface area for the sewage-digesting bacteria to grow on.

After digestion, the clean effluent transfers to the final settlement tank where dead bacteria and humus settles out before the clean water is discharged to a ditch, stream or soakaway.
